The month with the highest added value was March 2021, when almost two dozen Bethesda games were added to the service after Microsoft had taken over the publisher and its developers. The total value of the Game Pass supplements in March is $964.67 (about 730 GBP).

Speaking of Bethesda: With 30 games added by the publisher this year, all amounted to 604.71 US dollars, just under 10% of the value of the total library access in 2021.

The month with the least added value was April 2021 with a total value of 330.91 USD for all games. But the service never offered less than that every month, which is pretty impressive, if you set this number next to the $14.99 that you pay for Game Pass Ultimate.

These numbers really relativize how incredibly a deal at the moment of Microsoft is, and the total value of Game Pass will certainly rise next year.
